Coaching

Our coaching services are provided by our trained psychotherapists. While coaching can be similar in many ways to psychotherapy, the focus of coaching can be quite different.

While therapy focuses on getting to the root of underlying issues that might be holding you back, coaching focuses on figuring out the best way to propel you forward. It is a goal-focused approach, and is perfect for those who are working towards a specific, definable goal, and need professional help to reach that new, desired place.
