Health and Wellness Conference Welcomes Philadelphia Vendors & Speakers for Self-Care Day at the W Hotel on September 17
Today, tickets went on sale for the fourth annual SELF(ISH)philly conference on September 17, 2023. The highly anticipated wellness event will return this fall and founder, Danielle Massi, has wasted no time preparing for it. SELF(ISH)philly is excited to announce the hosts for this year's event, Philadelphia’s very own, Aunyea Lachelle from NBC10 Philadelphia and Miss Pennsylvania Alysa Bainbridge. They are also partnering with a new venue, The W Hotel. It's the perfect venue for the conference to host women from around the country to celebrate self-care and female empowerment and its established vendors, speakers, sponsors, and guests. Tickets to attend SELF(ISH)philly 2023 can be purchased at https://www.selfishphilly.com/. Danielle Massi’s inspiration for founding the SELF(ISH)philly conference was navigating her own struggle. After a cancer battle, Danielle wanted to reassess the way she had been living and knew that self-care needed to be her first priority. By creating the conference, Danielle wanted other women to realize the importance of self-care. She encourages women to immerse themselves in the amazing insight and education that the conference helps facilitate. "I want to change the way women prioritize themselves, recognizing that they need to put themselves at the top of their to do list. I created the SELF(ISH)philly conference to introduce women to the amazing wellness resources we have in the Philadelphia area, and to give them access to as many opportunities for health and wellness as possible,” said Danielle Massi, LMFT, Founder of SELF(ISH)philly. Confirmed vendors and partners for 2023 include the American Cancer Society’s ResearcHERS Foundation, Live! Casino, City Hydration, the Integrative Growth Institute, The Wellness Collective, and many more. "I’ve been a mental health advocate for years, and always thought I had to ‘have it all together’ in order to serve others. I’ve learned that you can’t help others until you can help yourself and that it’s okay to struggle and take care of yourself first. I can’t wait to empower women to take charge of their mental health as a SELF(ISH)philly emcee!” said Alysa Bainbridge, Miss Pennsylvania.
