Lainie is a Reiki Master, certified SOULFLOW™ Facilitator, certified breathwork facilitator, registered nurse, certified nurse coach, motivational speaker, and women’s life empowerment/embodiment coach from Philadelphia. Lainie helps women tap into their unique gifts and inner power to stop playing by the rules and start living a life by aligned design. She’s  always been called to help others and nursing seemed like the perfect career.

After spending a few years at the bedside and becoming extremely burnt out and disconnected, she realized she needed to take matters into her own hands and stop allowing the external world to dictate her internal world. It was at this time that she realized her calling was much deeper. Through committing to her own inner work, she realized that her true mission was helping other women discover their soul’s unique gifts and expanding their belief for what’s possible in this life. And not just any women, but the dreamers, the outsiders, who have always questioned, “is this really it?!” 

Lainie is certified in SOULFLOW ™, a movement and embodiment practice and a Love Vibe facilitator. She is also about all things energy, as she recently achieved her reiki master certification and is continuing continuing to deepen her energetic healing education through a trauma certification.

Lainie wants to help you recognize YOUR innate worthiness, become YOUR own hype girl through dropping into your body and the present moment to release the limits you place on yourself and deepen your knowing that you get to have it all.
